President
Larry Boling
Larry is an experienced former music educator and children’s ministry leader, with a background in both public and private educational institutions. His expertise extends to children's ministry and local outreach initiatives. Larry has served in ministry for over 35 years – first as a children’s pastor and then as the founder and director of Kids First Family Fellowship Inc. Weekly programs began in 2005 and have continued to this day. In 2020 the Lord called Larry to Jamaica to work with children who have special needs and families in severe poverty. A year later, the Lord called Debbie to Larry as his wife and the ministry in Jamaica.

Debbie Boling
In the fall of 2021, God blessed Larry with an unexpected gift - a Godly lady who was also a retired educator with many years of experience working with students who had special needs. Debbie became Larry's wife and ministry partner on January 30, 2022, and immediately joined him in Jamaica to share in the work of the ministry. Her prayerful willingness to follow God’s plan and guidance and her extensive background in working with students and their families over many years prepared Debbie to help Larry in expanding Starfish ministry. In Jamaica, Debbie is affectionately known as “Auntie Debbie.”

Cheryl Herring
Dr. Cheryl Herring is a retired speech-language pathologist who is actively involved in local church ministries, Bible studies, and helping to raise funds for Starfish Ministries Jamaica. She is also a wife, mother, grandmother, and the matchmaker who introduces Pastor Larry and Debbie to each other in 2021, under God’s divine direction.

Patrick Burke
Patrick is currently serving as the Sr. Executive Pastor at a church in Athens Ga as well as Chairman of the Missions Board at his church. He has been in ministry for more than 25 years and has had the opportunity to serve with multiple ministries and work in a variety of fields. He has a heart for ministry, but is also passionate about missions and answering the Great Commision. Patrick and his wife Carissa have two children, Ella and John. Patrick has a heart for ministry and a passion for missions.

Steven Link
Steven’s passion for Jesus has led to a life of making disciples, empowering others, and partnering with God daily to be a blessing. In his spare time, you can find Steven enjoying time with family, competing in some type of sport with friends, or building something with his hands.
Steven and his wife Kristin are best friends. Steven has always been drawn to Kristin’s gift of faith and her radical love for God & others. They adopted their beautiful baby boy, Aaro Isaiah Link from India, and are currently in the adoption process again. Steven and Kristin love doing ministry, traveling, and being parents together.

Clint Griffeth
Clint Griffeth is a passionate follower of Jesus who has a heart to see Jamaica transformed by the power of the gospel! He owns a small construction company and has been married to the love of his life, Leah, for almost 26 years. They have 6 children and they are actively involved in the local church.
